Order Cancellation

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number as soon as possible.

How we handle it

• We confirm the cancellation by message.
• If you paid online, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on delivery orders are simply cancelled — nothing to pay.

Already dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse the parcel at delivery after checking it, or request a return within 3 days under our Return & Refund Policy.
