Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free all over Pakistan on every order. Cash on delivery is available.

Tracking

Where available, we share your courier tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Incorrect address & failed delivery

  • Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.

Damaged or missing parcels

Open your parcel in front of the rider before accepting. If it is damaged, refuse it. If something is missing or wrong after delivery, contact us within 3 days with photos.
